On January 28, B.A.P member Bang Yong Guk took his followers by surprise when he posted the following tweet:

Fans have been replying to the idol out of concern, wondering to whom he was directing his angry message. Some speculate that Bang Yong Guk may be referring to the ongoing lawsuit between his group and

A quick recap: B.A.P filed to nullify their contract with TS Entertainment on November 26, citing unfair contract conditions and low pay as their main reasons. TS Entertainment refuted these claims and gave a lengthy explanation regarding contract details, justifying their actions and saying this was a misunderstanding. 

On December 5, B.A.P\'s side fired back that the agency did not communicate with the group when it came to payment and that B.A.P had to struggle to even get their 17.9 million won (approx. $16,000 USD) settlement accounts. T.S. Entertainment has since yet to respond to B.A.P\'s public rebuttal. Thus, fans wonder if Bang Yong Guk is calling TS Entertainment out, saying that when they aren\'t "bullshitting" or lying to the public, they\'re remaining silent.

lol, TS Ent know that BAP is right and they can\'t win against BAP, so instead they decided to ignore the lawsuit and focus on Sonamoo instead. Honestly I like Sonamoo, but I can\'t support them cuz of how stupid TSE is. Just ignoring a lawsuit won\'t make it go away you know? If TSE doesn\'t want the lawsuit to indirectly affect their other artists, they should really deal with it ASAP (and also so that BAP can move on, cuz I\'ve been listening to all BAP stuff on repeat and want a comeback soon =X).

Could be. Connection between Clara\'s and their lawsuit. Clara turned lawsuits against companies and sexual abuse into a joke with all the dumb media play and statements which was BS...I bet TS Wished B.A.P and their legal reps did something similar so that it\'d  easierto tie them down but B.A.P Has been quietly handling the lawsuit (that i had even forgot about it for a while)

I saw on Soompi they said that the tweet could be linked to his dating scandal 

im thinking its about the alleged dating scandal with singer Ringo Jay i was reading about it on soompi i would post the link but allkpop won\'t let me but it interesting and it seems like she might have been seeking attention through Yongguk. At least that was what fans are speculating.

Is it even possible to have a comeback atm ? As long as they are still under lawsuit they cant join another agency. and i doubt they will make a comeback under TS

@iloveKahi Actualz I think they can move under another agency, like JYJ and Block B did while they were still under lawsuit. But I think they want to clear things with TS first.

@littlebaddevil well block b lawsuit ended in june 2013 \'On August 29, 2013, Block B announced that they had negotiated the transfer of their rights from Stardom to a new management company, Seven Seasons\' so they couldnt release music while under lawsuit. JYJ case is different since it ws 3 individuals not whole TVXQ
