Should I use a tampon atau pad for my first period? What kind should I use?! PLEASE HELP!

Pad for sure to start out with.
After some time, then work up to a tampon.
I didn't use a tampon for three atau four years after getting my period.

If anda want to start sooner, that's completely cool.
Tampons aren't as bad as they seem for first time use.
If you're scared because of pain, don't be. There's no pain putting it in.

To prevent toxic shock, don't keep a tampon in for lebih than eight atau so hours.

A pad is probably a lot lebih comfortable. I've never used a tampon because they seem kind of painful.

Pad for sure. Tampons are kinda scary at first, and feel uncomfortable the first time anda use them. I myself prefer tampons because anda don't really feel it once you're used to it, and with pads it feels like you've wet your pants. But for the first time, use a pad.

Many many girls don't start using tampons until they're sexually active atau do sports, so don't even worry about it.
