When Claudia was married to magician David Copperfield, did he ever saw her in half?

Yes, he did - lots of times. When I made guest appearances in his stage shows, he always sawed me in half (and cut my head off with a alat pemenggal kepala, guillotine, gilotin too). It's kind of expected that, if you're a magician's wife, anda are going to find yourself being sawed in half lots of times.

He also sawed me in half (or three, four atau more) several times at private parties for Friends and family. When he was developing new illusions, I'd often help him out as the test assistant, so I was the first to be divided in those too - and some of those never made it to being performed publicly, so nobody ever got to see them.

And some of those unseen versions really were spectacular and so puzzling even I had no idea how he did it to me, such as the time he locked me in a box with just my head and feet showing, pushed blades through my neck and ankles, and then completely removed the box so that there was just my head and feet with nothing (not even an empty table) between them.
