It's CC for these reasons: 1)Leloch fought up with Mao to get CC 2)He didn't kill CC while he had the chance 3)He claimed CC was his to Mao 4)He happens to be the only one who knows CC's name 5)He rescued CC from being killed sejak his father 6)Kallen may go for Gino 7)Didn't anyone see the last episode...who was driving CC then?

Still don't know yet. it is still not revealed in the anime. But i'm guessing it's Kallen. cause i think in the end C.C will finally die and she leave lelouch with kallen atau maybe C.C will end up with lelouch if the 2 of them die for good in the ending. just a hunch ^^
someone told me that at the end of code geass r2,,,lelouch had his geass activated..so i think he is alive,,but im not sure if its true but try Membaca shikoku no renya,it is the sequel of code geass.u can also see cc there and a man who really looks lelouch...so basically,its cc that lelouch destined to be with..
Well, here is the logic. Shirly is dead. Kallen thinks he is dead. He was driving away with C2 and anda can so tell that the way they treated each other near the end that they have become really close. (I dont even think he loved Kallen in the first place)
