does anyone know anything about the movie 'island'?

whats the plot, other than the basic stuff?

The book is about a girl.Nikki Black(main character) she doesnt have a real family(they abandoned her) so she is growing up in the society for protection of children.some families adopting her but she is mad so they r sending her back.and when she is 28 she is deciding to kill her mother. and the story is begining :).she is trying to find her mother.and her mother is living on the Island..Nikki is finding her and and she is finding out that she has a brother(Calum-Colin MOrgan).Nikki is meeting her mother (she s hiding her identity) and staying at her mother's house.she s getting to know her real mother and brother.and different things r happening...i think thats enough :) if u want to know lebih just send me a private message..
