IS JEFF IN THE USA?? IN TULSA??

I'm actually VERY paranoid. I hate being in the dark, the first time I found Jeff is on a YouTube video, I was like "is that a girl?" untill I looked up Jeff on the internet. I was like "WOAH. So that's what he looked like?" Then I became VERY paranoid. So does he live ANYWHERE in the US state Oklahoma?
