Delena is all about the slow burn and that annoying aspect of Stelena will be there till the end so be ready to suck it up It’s gonna get deeper and deeper till she can’t deny it anymore but it’s not happening any time soon.

I mean, of course, she DOES Cinta Damon; she just doesn't understand, doesn't realize that what she feels for Damon IS Cinta because it's so different from what she has ever believed that Cinta is.
