Open up your mind, let your fantasies unwind!
Open up your mind, let your fantasies unwind!
Hi everyone, I just watched Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera just now. While watching, I noticed some similarities with Beauty and the Beast! Here are my observations.

The Story-line

As anda may know, both stories are set in France, it also has a sad theme in it as it deals with a deformed person name Erik who wishes to be love. Ironically, the penulis of The Phantom of the Opera is sejak Gaston Leroux, who happens to be the namesake villain of Disney's retelling of Beauty and the Beast. The rose also plays a symbolic role in both stories.
Secondly, the Stranger Than anda Dream It scene...

The Farmer was a kind and hardworking man that preferred the simple life as a farmer. However, his daughter was far from content with life as a farmer's daughter and desired for lebih in life. Before her mother died, she had her daughter promise her that she would be lebih than just a simple peasant girl. That she would have a better life for herself one day, along with her future children. Unfortunately,...

As often as Disney princess sidekicks are talked about, it feels to me that the side characters of villainous role are often over-looked. So I wanted to write an artikel talking about their characters and how evil were they. I have tried to rank them basis 3 primary traits: loyalty to main villain and evil plan, scale of meanness/evilness and their importance of role in keseluruhan story development. So here's my ranking of the villainous side characters from DP movies. Hope anda guys enjoy it!

Loyalty:
More than being loyal to Ratcliffe, he was a loyal servant of British government....

Okay so some of anda might have read link. At the time, it seemed to me like there was a group of very intolerant users who would only be offended if I wrote such an article. (Weird, I know, since many people write this artikel but I still didn't want the tension atau drama.) Since I wasn't sure how to write a "physically beautiful" senarai without offending anyone, I didn't write that artikel and wrote one that I thought had better ideals: an keseluruhan attraction with looks, personality and demeanor combined. That being said, I do Cinta the fairy tale versions of Princesses who were always the "most...

 12 Season Color Wheel
12 Season Color Wheel
So I never really got to experience much of fashion-culture growing up and have just recently begun to give it any focus atau attention. I have heard of the rule that "Redheads shouldn't wear pink." and I have seen some people discuss this here on FanPop in terms of Ariel and her merah jambu dress. I have also read many komen-komen debating Aurora's famous "Blue vs. merah jambu Dress". In those discussions, I heard a talented user on this site, link say things like "She's a Winter." etc. I thought that was so fascinating! I had never heard of this concept before so I decided to look into it. That is how I came...

So yesterday I wrote about my kegemaran songs, today I'll write about the 10 best scenes, originally I was planning on only doing a bahagian, atas 5, but I felt that it was too little so I decided to do a bahagian, atas 10 list, like with the songs I Cinta all the scenes in the movie so placing them wasn't so easy, but I hope you'll like this artikel anyway

10. The Funeral Scene

This scene is so sad yet so beautifully animated and I couldn't resist putting this one on here since I Lost my grandmother just a few days ago, but even before that this has been one of the most beautiful scenes in the movie aswell as...

Second: Here is my personal break-down analysis based on knowledge of Arab/Muslim culture compared to the Disney Aladdin film.

The majority of Princess Jasmine's numerous flaws stem from the fact that she is completely inaccurate and offensive to her culture. From the clothes she wears to the way she speaks, melati, jasmine does not represent Arab atau Muslim women at all but rather a disgraceful woman in their culture. Unfortunately, Jasmine...

Hi everyone! I recently learned about the Bechdel Test from a friend and have been wanting to write this artikel ever since. This test is, at its core, an analysis of how women are portrayed in popular culture. It reveals how much women tend to revolve around men in films, books, etc. To pass the test, a film (or any other work of fiction) must meet three requirements: the film must (1) have at least two named female characters (2) who talk to each other (3) about something other than a man. It seems so simple, right? Unfortunately a surprising number of films fail in at least one of these...

11. Prince
The Prince from Snow White comes in last place, can't say I'm stunned. At that time, Disney animators haven't mastered drawing male characters yet so I'm guessing what's underneath isn't HD quality either. He's also quite feminine looking, petite frame with soft edges. No worries though, Snow White loves his man for his huuuuuuuge hati, tengah-tengah :)

10. Charming
Nope, still not quite there with drawing men. Charming...

We all know the step-sister from Cinderella that ends up reforming in the sequels. However, many people seem to have criticisms about her because they feel that she shouldn't have been forgiven sejak Cinderella, there was nothing to tunjuk that she deserved to be redeemed, and that it's ridiculous that she got to be redeemed but Drizella didn't. First of all, I think I need to explain where this idea of Anastasia reforming came from. In the original Charles Perrault version of Cinderella, Cinderella's real name was actually Ella. When she became a servant she would sleep sejak the fireplace to keep...

Awhile ago, linkabout which Houses the Princesses would be in, and several of anda requested that I do one about the princes as well. I’m pleased to announce that this is it!

But before I begin my analyses, it’s time for some disclaimers…

1. About the Houses. Here’s how I tend to think of the Houses of Hogwarts. (Note: I will be saying the most about Slytherin, since Slytherin is most often distorted.)

Gryffindor: values bravery, daring, bold decision-making, rule-breaking, following one’s dreams, standing up for one’s friends, and being keseluruhan “fun”/pleasant/courageous.

Slytherin...
