I guess. Jasmine doesn't think of anything exciting when she is bored of the palace, unlike the others who are hopeful to have better lives. (At least not shown in the movie.) We don't see her being optimistic of the future. The only thing she has satisfaction is when she says, "When I'm queen, I have the power to get rid of you." And she says it not cheerfully.
