The original wasn't even good either, it was horrible too. I mean come on a movie about talking cares wasn't even a good concept. What made them think a movie about Matter as a spy was a good idea? The plot was stupid, the idea about a world where the entire population is cars is stupid, Matter is ANNOYING, I didn't like that they had that old car die, the only characters I actually like in the original(Sally and Lizzie) play a minor role and are barely seen, the new characters are forgettable, the villain is lame, the characters(other than Lizzie and Sally) are either bland or annoying, and overall the movie was just stupid. Why would they make a horrible sequel to a terrible movie when they should have made a sequel to The Incredibles?

I did not see Cars 2, so I have no judgement on that. Out of the ones I have seen (all except Up and Cars 2), Cars is definitely the worst. I never got the appeal to it when it first came out, and I still don't get the appeal. All the other Pixar films had heart to it, but this one did not. This movie is was a big step back for Pixar

I agree and I don't get the big deal about it either. In my opinion it's a really bad movie and when Cars 2 leaves I will definitely be voting for Cars. I recommend seeing Up, it's nothing special but it's still really good. I say don't waste your time with the garbage that is Cars 2, it never should have existed. The original was really bad and a HUGE step back for Pixar, until Cars came along they didn't make a bad movie.

This should have gone out before Wall-E.

Apparently I'm the only Cars lover here, but I thought the second one was really terrible, not funny, and completely unnecessary. I love the original though.

Brave and Cars 1-2. They were not as funny and heartwarming as the other pixar films. Their scenery porn was not that great, either. Story-wise they were all too over-done and cliche. I agree with someone who said that the concept of talking cars was a bad idea. As for Brave, I found it too much like Mulan and Brother Bear. I also found their leading characters, Merida and Lightning McQueen hard to sympathize most of the times. They were not nice to other characters. For Brave, I really dislike their anti-princess and anti-marriage themes. If Pixar wanted to make a movie about why being a princess stinks, they should have made a move based on the life of Princess Diana!
