How long does it take to return the thieves guild to its former glory?

I've done 100+ extra quests for them. I did 3 special quests for them so far, and I've done about 80 extra quests for them since that one. :\

I've realized I haven't done any jobs in Windhelm.. They haven't gave me ANY. I just hope its not a glitch and they come soon. :\

Speak to Vex and Delvin if youve done all the quests for the thieves guild, ask them for extra work and choose the onesd anda want, however it is long and boring before it is at its former glory.
