FanFiction forum how do anda make a reply to a telah diposkan topic?

I feel so stupid for asking, but I see no 'reply to this post' link anywhere, there is only a reply link under each post telah diposkan under the topic. I found the perfect topic where I want to start talking about the peminat fic I've started Penulisan lately, but I can't figure out how to work this darn system, so any help?
