Don't get me wrong, usually I love Blair. But in this ep she annoyed me. I mean, S gave up her spot for B and B ruined that by pulling that prank on the teacher - who, by the way - was well within her rights to give B a B as well as report her to the headmistress. And the whole declaring war thing. While I would usually be a supporter of Blair, this is one war I hope she loses.

Blair is a spoilt brat BUT Yale is something she has wanted her whole life and the school does normally give them free passes and so she thinks - yeh i'll get back at her for giving me a "B" - this is typical Blair behaviour - bitchy - but typical. However once she found out that the teacher did care, she tried to take it back she said sorry.... and the teacher ACCEPTED!

This is someone who IS NOT in high school anymore and who obviously thinks of themselves as a good person. For me accepting a heart felt apology from someone and then getting them back for what they did - despite being their teacher ie supposed to be grown up/ past these things - is crossing the line!

Blair was sorry asked if the teacher wanted to come with her and the teacher ACCEPTED the apology!!! BUT THEN retalliated...

I mean WTF!!! trying to ruin someones chances of getting into their dream uni because they made you wait outside - hardly the meanest thing Blair's ever done - that makes her worse than Blair in my opinion.

There's NOTHING worse than someone just as bad as everybody else who thinks their better... URGH - like Dan for example lol ;)

I have to agree with Penfolius. Blair was already getting into Yale (her dream) because Serena gave up her spot. What was the point of retaliating against the teacher? Not that I don't enjoy Blair being evil, it makes the show quite interesting, but she's supposed to be going to college soon and what she did to the teacher for giving her a "B" was too imature, even for Blair. (Just my opinion)

Wow, Sarah. I seriously agree with everything you just said. Yale is her future and without a future, where do you go? NOWHERE. I'd be just as scared as Blair if I knew that all of my hopes and dreams were slipping away right from my very eyes.

Yeah, maybe what Blair did was kind of wrong, but I see nothing wrong with her carring about her future. I mean, getting wait-listed is horrible. That doesn't neccesarily mean that you aren't in but I means you have to wait. Waiting isn't something Blair usually does. I just wish that things would get better for her. She's had tons of ad luck and it doesn't seem fair that everyone is worshipped and she can even get into a good college. I HATE THAT SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But her dreams weren't slipping away. She was going to Yale when she decided to get revenge on the teacher (the first time). She put herself in the position she is now in because she acted immaturely. Caring about your future is one thing but acting like a brat everytime you don't get your way is just silly. She decided to get revenge because the teacher gave her a B... but she was still going to Yale... what was the point?

She is kinda of a cow in most episodes.

Blair is such a horrible heinous brat. It has nothing to with her dream being Yale, she always has to be the one on top and has to out-do people so she had to be horrible to the teacher because the teacher gave her a well-deserved B.

I love Blair too, but I understand the teacher. Blair left her standing outside for a long time, and yeah she accepted the apology, but she was embarrassed and I understand why she called. Just because Blair is Blair does not mean she should get away with what she did.

^^ i'm not saying she should get away with it but what really pissed me off - i watched the episode again - is the teacher only phones after Blair got there and said sorry and tried to make it right! Like seriously WTF is with that - why didn't she call before? It seems to me she just decided to one up Blair and i for one hate her and hope Blair ruins her! ;P

Fair dos about the teacher, but she is a teacher... person of authority. She's got EVERY RIGHT to do that.

You make a really good point SG1-090, I guess that the teacher should've really let it go after Blair tried to make amends. The only problem I had with Blair was the fact that even after she got Yale she decided to pull that stunt on the teacher.

I guess sometimes, just saying sorry isn't enough. As Blair said she was trying to show the teacher who was boss I guess the teacher had to do the same.

SG1-090 you talk big now but some day when you're in the teach's shoes, it won't be so easy! Imagine how you would feel getting all dressed up to go the opera & arriving there, waiting for an hour all excited, when you were just doing your job. The lady NEVER said or acted like she was better than anybody else, she was just BEING a good person. Just because she marked Blair's paper honestly (& a B is not even that bad!), she was made the enemy. Honestly I totally know how it feels to be in Blair's position, you keep manipulating & avenging but one day it comes back & bites you in the ass..Blair got it easy (detention), my school would probably expel you! I do love Blair (like last last episode) but sometimes she just annoys me. Her apology was sincere but it didn't mean much to the teacher because she was leaving already anyway, that would have pissed ME off even more like they come to say sorry after you've been through the embarrassment! She was probably FURIOUS, making rash decisions when shes that pissed doesn't make her "worse than blair" k? Also SO WHAT if she was trying to "one up" blair (which she obviously wasn't), thats exactly what Blair was doing! Another thing that pissed me of is at the end when Blair said how it was a "war", like learn your lesson already nimroddd!

I love Blair and I was surprised by her actions in this episode. To do that to a teacher was crossing the line. usually her stunts, although conniving, have a purpose...like blackmail lol. But this one didn't. What was the point?
