I think she's extremely overrated. The writers portray her as the most beautiful/charismatic girl ever and the innocent one in all her fights with Blair even when she's partly or entirely to blame. Her storylines may suck (all the characters storylines do) but at least she always gets one. The same can't be said about Nate who doesn't get alot of airtime and Blair whose storylines usually consist of supporting Chuck or protecting Serena.
