I believe the two characters are way too different to even compare them. I Cinta Ginny's bravery and passioan, but Hermione's intelligence and sense of loyalty is also remarkable. So it's quite difficult, but I guess if I had to choose, I'd have to go fro Ginny.

Cant choose between them cuz i like them both, for having different personality traits :)

lets see,we have Hermoine who's intelligent,
quick-thinking,loyal to friend,caring, understanding & know a bunch of good spells but also quite annoying & sensitive.On the other side we have Ginny who's total perfect,from good looking until cool attitude until good duellist.
I'm gonna prefer HERMIONE who I like better than Ginny, [no offences] because Hermione is a lebih realistic character than Ginny & have lebih important roles through out the series.I Cinta realistic character that has flaws.No offences Ginny is like able & kind,but somewhow she annoys me when she has no flaws at all starting HBP.

Ginny. Hands down.
I don't know what it is about Hermione... something just... grates on me about her.
