Kutner(it better not be)
Taub (better not be him either)
Foreman (I hope its him if someone does have to die)
House(IK that makes no sense but they said it would be one of the most least likely candidates)

Ausiello has reported that someone will commit suicide, he didn't say it was from House, but there is a very good chance that it is from this show. So if its a suicide my guess is Taub :(

And also, remember the end of Here Kitty?? DeathCat was looking at Taub, methinks they were foreshadowing! I love Taub, but as long as its not House, Cuddy, or Wilson I will not be greatly affected. And yea, Cuddy is not going to commit suicide.

If it is a suicide and not a normal death,I'm thinking it could be all staged up in the same way Sherlock Holmes staged his own death which could point towards House.Taub is too easy and would we give a crap if he died?Personally,no.

I think it's Taub; and they said in the spoiler it would just...happen and not have any lead up to it within the episode. So maybe the lead up is in these episodes. Like the death cat in Here Kitty at the end xD

It won't be the OT3 unless they actually want to end House altogether since they will lose ALL their fans.

Well we'd expect Thirteen. So it's not her. That's annoying.
If someone would be committing suicide, it would be Taub.
We know chameron is a major in season 6, as AP said. So not Chase or Cameron.
We know around the time of the season finale, there will be Huddy sex. Now it's far too fun to muck around with that (consequences,repercussions, the morning after, the awkwardness, the funness and the sadness etc etc) to kill Cuddy off for at least like 3 episodes after. Unless they are planning to do the whole house mourning thing which to be fair, is boring and something we have seen before.
Taub has a sucky life, he could commit suicide. Kutner's happiness could be over compensating for depressiveness, he could commit suicide. Foreman would live for thirteen, Cuddy for the baby. So i'm thinking:

People likely to commit suicide:
Taub - sucky life
Kutner - blocks out saddness for too long then suddenyl it all crushes down on him and makes him kill himself.

People who have reasons not to commit suicide:
Foreman - would live for Thirteen.
Cuddy - would live for the baby

People who can't die
House. For obvious reasons.
Chase/Cam: because they have an arc at the beginning of next year
Thirteen: because it's too obvious. She said it was someone not obvious.

People who can die
Wilson.
Taub.
Kutner.

People who might die but it would be much more interesting to keep and therefore and incredibky bad idea to kill for the show.
Cuddy.. LOL. If she does 't die - sex saves lives.

I can't help but scream, this is like OMG!!! I don't want Cuddy, Wilson or House to die!!! AND SAVE KUTNER!!! OMFG I can't stop screaming!!! This is HUGE!!!

LOL thanks for being the voice of reason BB, and I agree with the 3 you chose as possible candidates. From those three, I still think Taub would be most likely, especially since they said Wilson will be getting a new love interest towards the end of the season and I doubt he will be dying

Ok, in the last 5 minutes(lol) I have thought about it, and now I am worried it is Kutner. I mean that would be the most shocking, since he always seems to be so happy and carefree. Now I am depressed, I love Kutner :(

well, I agree taub is a good guess for suicide. if it's not suicide I'm guessing Foreman. I think a suicide in the team would seriously mess with house's head... and kutner would be more unexpected that taub, so it fits the spoilers better.

but what if it's Wilson, and that's he reason of House's mental cataclysm? I dunno... seems to much of a drastic change on the show - we need wilson to balance things (as Cuddy).

I found official information stating that after wrapping season 4 up, Robert signed up for 3 more years... like season 7. Kutner it is, then! I am happy that it's not my top 3 but poor Kutner...

A major character on a show we are obsessed with will commit suicide before the season is over -- and no one will see it coming. The shocking death will send shockwaves through the show and the fallout will be immense.

Spoilerphobes may want to hit the nearest exit, because I'm about to give you a hint...

I learned of this death after I compiled my 2009 season-ending death chart, so it is not reflected on there. And it may never be. It's a DEFCON 1 spoiler, so I'm proceeding with the utmost caution. I may at some point between now and when the episode airs stealthily update the chart with this catastrophic development. Or I may not. Just to be safe, you may want to refresh the page at least once a day.

In the meantime, let's get those guesses flowing in the comments section. Just to recap what we know:

Let the speculation begin…

He didn't say it was from House, but all signs point to it.

I think if Taub killed himself, House would feel extremely guilty, since he has been pushing Taub this entire season. It might cause him to rethink how he treats people.

Yeah it could add to his breakdown; feeling actual guilt, which he didn't feel with Amber. Taub's death may make him breakdown in a way which will be hard to watch.

I just remembered something though. PJ said that he was getting to work with JM and JS more, which leads me to believe that maybe its Kutner. If PJ gets to work with them, then Taub must be alive. AHH my mind is so fried, idek anymore.

I just thought of something... what if Kutner's death shows House the dangers of carrying around guilt? Keeping things carefully hidden and letting them simmer for years? (Kutner's dead parents... House's youth, Amber, Infarction) and he suddenly feels forced to let all of it out because House just doesn't want to die that way?(after years of pain for both of them it's such an easy exit)

Secluded, private, troubled, damaged House letting things out? Hell, that'd break me down! I mean he pushed everything as far away as he could and it just comes rushing back over him? That would break even House!

I love that idea THC, I think it is extremely possible too. It would also make sense that he would hallucinate Amber if he is dealing with his guilt. Great Theory :)

Just read this...and am so damn scared.
I don't think it will be Cuddy that would be way too much OOC but you can never know. If it is Cuddy I swear that a certain David Shore will be haunted by a furious Cuddles that has gone mad.
Though I doubt she's the one who dies (and commits suicide) there's still this nagging feeling...you never know.

To be honest I don't want anybody to die...but my opinion is not important...so...yeah.

But I consider it will be either Taub or Kutner.

Here's my full theory:

And... it shows House that it doesn't matter whether he has friends or a lover for as long as he carries this around with him: he could, suddenly decide that it's just too much regardless of his apparent happiness. And that is something he's been extensively searching for this season and all the seasons before this one; what if he, despite decreased pain, a friendship, a lover, still isn't happy just because of his past, his guilt and all his troubles? He's been taught from a very young age that showing emotion is wrong... and now not showing emotion is either stealing his future or... lethal?

He'd be trapped. He would either have to change dramatically and defy everything that has ever been instilled into him or let his own fears drag him down. They did say that they would get deeper into House's psyche, didn't they? Well... House is scared of change, he's scared of showing emotions and mostly in denial about them... so now they are there, they're ugly and present and he just can't take that.

But he does have to communicate these things to people to simply cope.

It's a mental affair, it's not just for the drama, it's reasonably cataclysmic... and in some screwed up way, it's actual progress for House.

So, that concludes my rant!

I really agree with those who say not House, Wilson or Cuddy. If it would happen to be any of them, I don't think I could keep watching. That is a BIG thing for me to say because I have watched this show since day one.
I am going to guess Taub or Kutner. I honestly would appreciate it being Thirteen, but I would imagine that wouldn't be "shocking" enough. I just wonder why it is that the writers need to dink around with storylines and so on. I feel a little thrown in the wind with spoilers like this.

I think the most like one is sadly Kutner. He is my favorite of the new team....At first I though Wilson was a likely choice too(and thats even more sad!!)thank u for saying RSL signed up 4 three more yrs!
Anyway logically they wouldnt write anyone else off the show. Taub also is a very likely choice but at first I thought he wouldnt be the 1 to die just because personally I think his death wouldnt have much impact on the show. I really cant stand him and im pretty sure he is 1 of the least popular characters but yet again I could be wrong. Also even though so much crap had happened to him and the cat was staring at him at the end of the last ep I think that he loves his wife to much to actually go though with it. He gave up his ideal career choice for her and even though he is miserble I dont think he would leave her without warning unless they got into a fight again like after he told her he cheated. Kunter had to deal with something very tramatic in his childhood and yet he is still doesnt act like he is deppressed or miserable and his death would affect how the charcters espiecally House act in the next season. A lot of the time its the happy go lucky ones who had something terrible happen to them that end up commiting suicide.
