Where can I get a scholarship to study in Japan?

I've always wanted to go to Jepun and I think it would be really cool to study abroad there (even though I've read they work and study really really hard). Would I be able to get a scholarship because I have no money to stay there for long and I'm only in high school so I can't make that much money anyway. What can I do? And should I really go to Jepun atau wait until I'm older atau what?
