Oh it's totally Logan. With Dean it was more of a competitive thing once Jess and Rory got together Jess didn't have as much of a problem with Dean then he did when Dean was with Rory.

Logan was basically the exact opposite of what Jess stood for, and he could see that Logan was treating her like crap which probably made Jess hate him even more.

Jess didn't really hate Dean I think. He was just jealous of him. He did hate Logan, cause in his eyes Logen was wrong for Rory in so many ways. Jess just couldn't stand to see her with him, watching her throw her life away like she was doing and Logan not stopping her.
