If you wanted a new look, a poll or forum would have been nice.

There actually was a link by another user. The icon was chosen first, then the banner was created to match what won.

But where is the banner on that forum? The current icon was not even there...

Forum looks like a joke, there are a lot of photos but not even one icon

It's not my forum. I submitted an icon to that users poll and said I would create a banner to match, having not seen the forum until later. It might not have been done the way you like, but they still created a forum.

It's all nice and lovely and I completely agree with everything you said, and that's exactly what I've already explained to you, when you want to add an icon and a banner to the poll fell free to do so, as you've done it before, it's valid for all great Jessica fans 💕
