Banner 8 is the wrong size.....Banners have to b 800x100, and that once definitely isn't.

And where's the option to keep the current spot look?

Also, shouldn't the icon pick be posted later, so we can pick one that'll go with the new banner, and people can submit more icons after the banner has been chosen?

Well, the icon pick should at least be put up after the banner, so that they can match.

So far the one's that are winning do match, but I'll do a separate pick for icons after this is over.
