Ok its been some years since I had my first Ciuman I was at high school in the saat tahun and dont remember much about it really but one sensible thought tongues are not essential. But obviously if anda are Ciuman for romantic reasons your partner will probably expect it. One point remember anda do not have to hold your breath just keep breathing through your nose and the advantage is your Ciuman can last longer.

Lean in with parted lips (not an open mouth though!) and press your lips together gently. I worried too but it's instinctual. anda will just know what to do
