Either one will work. anda can even use spray paint if anda want! Remember, it's your personal pet, so anda decide what anda want to use. Any of the ones listed here will work perfectly. atau anda can come up with something new.

I am most familiar with using nail polish. anda can ask me anything about that, if anda want.

Also anda can go to YouTube and cari Custom LPS atau something like that. Also, this video is of MY customs and what I used. Look at that if anda want:
