Puh, let's see Spider-Man take of Wolverine, Storm, and Cyclops all at the same time!

Depends on which X-men team.

X-men 1 consisting of Wolverine, Cyclops, a weaker Jean Grey, and Storm, I think that Spidey could overpower. After all, he regularly goes toe to toe with the Sinister Six, so I think he could do against four X-men.

X-men 2, which consists of Wolverine, an All-powerful Jean Grey, Cyclops, Storm, Nightcrawler, Iceman, Rogue, Magneto, and Mystique, would probably overpower Spidey.

But if he's going against the X-men 3 line-up of Wolverine, Beast, Rogue, Iceman, Kitty, Collossus, and Storm, I'd give Spidey fifty-fifty chances based on who he targets strategically.

^^No way!!! Wolverine could take spidy by him self - ANY DAY OF THE WEEK!

I must admit though to never having seen X-Men...the trailers annoyed me :-P

Okay, that is so not true. Spidey is (at least) 12 times stronger, quite a bit faster, and way more agile than Wolverine. He managed to defeat a fully-powered Juggernaut, a foe which Wolverine can barely fight off when teamed up with the X-men.

Wolverine would have absolutely no chance in a real fight against the webhead. I stand by my assessment that Spidey really could fight off the X-men.
