It's a kids tunjuk that is appropriate for viewing for children and parents. To make it clear, just because it's appropriate for children doesn't mean it can't tackle mature topics atau themes, similar to the tunjuk Arthur. However, this tunjuk is lebih on the comedy side than Arthur was, imo. Anybody can watch it because of how the tunjuk is set up, due to the variety in action, comedy, and plot heavy episodes. It just depends on the person's taste. This isn't a baby's tunjuk though, because there's a lot of dialogue. Shows like Blue's Clues atau Dora the Explorer tend to have lebih simple vocabulary and the pace is much slower than MLP, so its a lot easier to follow. (Nothing wrong with watching baby shows either.)

Indeed. Arthur went very serious when they did an episode about people reminiscing about a very deadly blaze that nearly killed many. They were referencing to the 9/11 attack that had happened years ago, and that episode aired after the attack occurred.
Of course not, even though it is rated TV-Y, which is usually directed towards young children. anda know how there are games that are rated E for everyone? It's like that.
No, just because most little kids watch it doesn't mean that it's a baby tunjuk there are a lot of Brony's out there and teenagers like it, so it's not a baby show
