The 7th Sense", and "Without You", the members share comments regarding their debut stage as they said, "We were very nervous because it was our first performance, but we are excited and look forward to showing what we have prepared. We still need more practice, but we gave all we got."

NCT U continued, "Our debut feels unreal. We think once we become more close to our fans, and feel the popularity then it will feel more like it." Members

Jaehyun, Doyoung, and Taeyong, who have made various appearances as part of SM Rookies in the past, added, "We think we would have been even more nervous if it was the first time ever for us, but we tried to be more relaxed thinking about our time with the SM Rookies."

NCT U was also asked about their unique group format, which consists of more than 40 members. NCT U responded, "The greatest qualities of NCT are that there is no limit to the total number of members, and we can be open to broad possibilities. So how many members form the group exactly is not really an essential factor." 

SM Entertainment\'s big project is slowly uncovering its mystery! Are you excited to see more of the unique group NCT? 

I like the members so far but I absolutely hate the format so far............ its ridiculous

I know there are more than 10 SM Rookies so NCT is a part of this new group or ?? If it is so when the other will debut?? will they use similar name NCT U or NCT with other alphabet?? I am still (too) confused by the system....I get EXO concept but this one is very complicated

I don\'t like it. As for me, the best part of the groups is the relationship between the members. I like to see them interacting, being close with each other and enjoying what they do together. With NCT U, there would be a lot of members who will barely talk to others. Just think about it, there are more members than a normal group in highschool or so, and you barely talk or have never spoken with a lot of your classmates, so how/why would they?Is weird. I\'m not into that format SM has made.

the bond is what makes fans into groups - just like SNSD those girls bonds are something that keeps SONE together :) I agree on your point , with CP and other friendship bond is what fans are looking into

They are all will be friends. Think about your classmates, even though you are not close them all doesn\'t mean they are not your friends -I don\'t talk about exceptions- and i love how you all think they are close friends from the beginning with the same heart to make music; they didn\'t even know who they are and who was that grouo members. Basically ALL KPOP GROUPS created by agencies. They\'re not familiar or regular west boy bands from the history. They are all fabricated, calculated and released by agencies. SM doesn\'t saying they will left after one album os something like this. You all will see all members, they will be the best for the certain area. And if you think they will be best friends from the end of the world. You\'re wrong. They are all have a business relationship and some of them like to work together, that\'s it. Don\'t give to much meaning to kpop groups. They are not together because they are friends, they are together because company wants it.

I think its how SM try invest their trainee and its good, I mean its better they debut in NCT even they just sing one or two song but its their chance to have way in SK entertainment world, its better to see them slowly establish and found their own way than just drop out, and even though some members choose leave in future at least SM already give them knowledge of how survive in that world. In the end there will be so much SM graduate that success in SK industry, as solo or groups, I think thats half of their plan.

Im so confused lol. Like are people eliminated, replaced, added, what, is, going, on, like, what?

NCT is a group where anyone can change and added in any time, like someone and go to one unit to another

I do understand the format of the group and all, because SM probably wants to and needs to get their trainees out there, even if it\'s only five minutes of fame. I personally like the usual group format better, where it\'s set members. Good luck to all the people that\'re going to be in this.

I think at the end there will be a fixed number on this project. Not sure years later, new male group will still debut under NCT. If this project doesnt work SM just do something else

It may eventually end up like Super Junior basically, with set members. We\'ll all just have to see how it plays out

i know like they will have official base teams like base in Beijing and Japan/Korean teams but to be honest the Chinese music industry doesnt have a fixed music programs like Korean television does which then lowers the effect in promoting end up you can see the popularity differences just like EXO M and EXO K and SM has to promote the 2 together as a group - so i dont know I think they stilll want to do that hopefully they got a plan B
