The curse's flaw?

The curse had a lot of flaws.
Honestly, is Maine really the worst place they could think of?
Could Regina really not have the decency to hand out some lebih creative names? Really. Hopper? Ruby? Gold? Granny didn't even get a name change. You're right, your majesty no one will ever figure it out.
And seriously, exactly what happy endings were taken? Red ate her boyfriend, Rumple Lost his princess, Gepettos parents are dolls, Cinderella has no prince, and the Hatter is trapped in Wonderland.
Are we really sure that Maine wasn't a better alternative? At least in Maine they can have good lobster.
So, yes, there are many flaws with the curse. anda have merely pointed out another.

The main flaw would have to be that Regina had to kill her father to perform the curse and it isn't necessarily permanent since Emma can save them all and Henry did know about it before Emma which is another flaw.

Guys, Regina didn't create the curse...Rumple did. We know why Regina enacted it and we know why Rumple created it, but we don't know why he choose certain details. It might not be a flaw at all.

Red, like Ruby, felt trapped living with her Grandmother and just wanted to run away and be with the guy she loved, but since she kills him in FTL she doesn't get to be with her true love... So she's already Lost her happy place, as we see her fighting with Granny about being bossed around and trapped, and they start to get along lebih closer to the curse being broken.

I think that Rumple designed the curse to suit him. He could see the future when he created it couldn't he? Regina was so blinded sejak her hunger for revenge that she never considered that there may be flaws.

I think maybe the Curse was lebih focused on the people Regina specifically hated - she hated Snow and Charming, so they were separated, and if Emma had been cursed too I suspect she'd have been separated from her parents. Everyone else was lebih caught in the crossfire and just got whatever Rawak alternate identity they got.
