Should I name my band after a Panic song??

A few Friends and myself have just started a band and are toying with the name 'Northern Downpour' after the Panic song as they are such an inspiration to us. But is that just lazy copying??

I know Panic themselves took their name from a line in Name Taken's 'Panic' but it's not exactly the same, is it?? :/

i also agree with paniclover21. I named my band Shotgun Wedding after their song time to dance. they too are an inspiration for us, and the only reason we got into making Muzik and enjoying it so much. i think there might be a copywright issue with that but i'm not sure. i don't think there is, but anda may want to look further into it.
