What kind of hero is Annabeth?

I'm doing a project for school about who is also a hero in Percy Jackson The Lightning Thief, other then Percy Jackson himself, I picked Annabeth because, well she's awesome, but i keep troubling myself with what kind of hero Annabeth is.
