Saying hello- Easiest
Saying no to someone anda care about- easier.
Telling someone how anda feel about them- easy.
Taking a crap while constipated- Hard
Letting go- Harder, but hold on, we're not done.
...Leaving things behind- Hardest.
Saying goodbye- Nearly impossible.

Letting go is easy. It's the people and things anda leave behind and say goodbye to that make it hard.
