You'll have to be patient. However, there are certain simple things anda can do. For example, have a healthy eating schedule. If anda wake up in the middle of the night and eat, atau if anda skip breakfast and only eat late in the day, those could both make anda gain a lot of weight. It sounds weird (especially the one that is that sejak not eating breakfast regularly you'll gain weight), but it's true. Simple things like that can be helpful. anda should eat a healthy and full breakfast (something in which many, many people neglect), a good lunch, a good dinner, and snacks in between, then it will help. Of course, anda know the well-known things, like don't overeat the junk, sarap food, meaning that it is not good to eat Nutella out of a jar on a daily basis (no matter how delicious it is!). Even simple things can do a lot! :)

and youll loose lebih with exercise and healthy eating.

since your a girl, tnager to eb exact, your daily calorie intake should naturally be between 1200 - 1800 , so if anda want to loose weight, consume less than between that amount.
