I have a soalan & please answer honestly...
I'm 14, 5'2 & i'm 115 lbs. Am i overwaight? The other hari my friend berkata i'm fat. Then again, she's my age & she's only 71 lbs, & i'm pretty sure that's not healthy either. If anda think i'm overwaight, do anda have any tips on how to lose waight? I don't eat fast Makanan & stuff, & i run track every week, i have for the last 2 years, so if i am fat idk how i got that way. I would be really thankful if anda helped :)
