haha dont be scared. Its perfectly normal. everybodys soul leaves there body at night. But When its jerking trying to come back in; Your body is attempting to decline it.

I learned lebih about spirits& candles. If a candle is flickering that means there is a good spirit there. If the flame shoots straight up& is tall then there is a demon spirit there. White candles are best for protection against the bad ones <3
