When you're sad atau upset you....?

I litterally just blast my Muzik to forget about it for awhile. If that doesn't work, I hang out with Friends atau ppl that make me laugh to cheer me up.
So basically (as simple as I'm going to put it) anda should hang out with other ppl anda care about atau do something anda Cinta and clear your head a lil bit until it's time to forgive atau confront the person you're upset/mad at.

I just listen to music.

The song depends how upset I am.

I listen to Oingo Boingo atau Danny Elfman's film scores. Pretty much the only thing that makes me feel better.

If the feelings are very strong, I write a story about it, but greatly exaggerated so my situation seems less severe.

if it's not too bad, i'll listen to a playlist i compiled of very special songs at max volume with my eyes closed. here are a few songs, but they might not work for anda as they to do me.
