One thing that's been bothering me:
9/11 was all of 09.11.01.
Overseas Contingency Operation (War on Terror) is October 2001 - Present.
OSO (Overseas Contingency Operation) Was the result of 9/11, but how come it is still going on, while 9/11 was a day?
