Weight loss! Help me please!

I'm 15, 5'1 atau 5'2 and I weigh 121 lbs. I want to lose weight, my thighs are my biggest issue. They are chubby and nasty, what kinds of work outs could I do that might tone up atau cut the fat down on my thighs, I know anda can't spot a place to lose weight. I just want to lose keseluruhan weight and tone up my thighs and stomach. Thanks :) xoxo

Try going for a fast walk at least twice a week. I've stopped this routine for the sake of time, and I'm paying for it, but while I was on it I was losing weight.

Don't eat fat atau fried foods that have tons of calories in them, that causes it to get worse, drink lots of water up to 8 glasses a day, it helps, go for a jog around your neighborhood and do some excercise activity.
