Do British people and Americans look different?


I've heard lots of "British people are ugly while Americans are not" And "The British are so much lebih attractive than Americans" but i'm just wondering if there really are not many physical differences, atau do they look like two different breeds of dogs? Are Brits just thinner and paler?

well, i'm half brittish and get told sejak every one i've got a brittish accent when i haven't even been to england before. it sorta gets annoying after a while but everyone says its cool... it really weird.

people only say that stuff because they think there own country is better than others but i don't think there's a much of a physical difference between either the only thing that makes them different in looks and the only thing that can make there looks different from each other is the type Makanan they eat and the weather around them.(brittish eat less oily stuff and the sun hardly comes out in england)
