Messed up?

Ok i was wondering if anyone else thought if this was messed up:

Ok i got two older brothers and i got an isue with the younger one. Our last Xbox360 broke and he didnt want another but i did cause i just got an Xbox live accnt. I sold a bunch of stuff to pay for about 1/4 of it and my dad was going to pay for the rest as a late B hari present when my Brother with issues Ryan payed for the rest. So i told him thanks and hes never played it since we got it. I moved in with my cousins and now 7 people are in the house, today there was only 4 people so i was going to use the Xbox to play a DVD my cousin got me and i was setting it up when Ryan comes in and says that he doesnt want to watch it and says he watching the TV that was on while i was settng up. So i waited until the tunjuk was over so i could watch this movie before it had to be returned. He started changing the channel and i berkata he couldnt do that cause i was waiting for the tunjuk to be over.He says he can change the damn channel is he wants to so i start yelling at him and he gets into my face. I call him a dictator cause he is always telling me when i can and cant use the TV atau the Xbox even though it is partly mine. I storm out of the room and he says if "you pull a stunt like that again ill padam ur Xbox accnt" Which its totally mine. I told my mom and she doesnt do anything. Is this messed up atau what I mean she cusses at me calls me words i shall not repeat and he never gets in trouble. My other brother is away so he cant help even though he wants to no other family wants to get involved and my dad lives out of state.

Please read that and tell me what anda think cause i think its totally messed up.
