How Can Someone Tell If You're Lying?

Ok, this is just some B.S. a teacher once told me, but I'll explain it the way he did to me. The eyes. When anda ask someone a question, anda can tell if they're being truthful sejak their eyes... If they keep looking to their left, they're telling the truth, to the right, and they're lying. This is why... Our brain normally works on a left to right timeline of start to finish. Well in America at least atau any place you'd normally read left to right. So looking to the left is like looking to the past. To the right is like looking to the future. The past is known, the future is not. So if anda look to the left anda are generally trying to find the truth, like trying to turn back the pages of your mind. To the right, your trying to write something in a blank page, atau creating a lie... Like I said, Just some B.S. an old teacher of mine gave me. Take it atau leave it... Whatever.

But, once I had the horrible lie, and I was laughing at nothing. I even tripped over my foot.

Well, anda can tell sejak there pupils, if they change, then the person is lying, but that's not always completely accurate.
Another way is their hati, tengah-tengah rate, if they lie then their hati, tengah-tengah rate goes up, if they tell the truth it stays the same.
Unlike this, where anda can't tell either way...

Well when I lie I try to do something to make it where I don't need to look at them. If I look at them I laugh so that's how they know. But what I do is lie to myself. Like if someone says "Did anda do this?" I'll be like "no" and whisper to myself not today atleast

Most of the time no but sometimes yes. I mean can anda tell if I'm lying about lying. XD

Your pupils dilate when anda are lying. They also do this when anda see something pleasing though. Other things are nervousness, over explaining things, not being descriptive enough, and possible stuttering. Although, all of these things except the dilation can be prevented.
