In my limited experience, I'd say it's because people are complicated. And we're not mind readers. One person can't know what the other meant sejak something he/she said, feelings are hurt, and reactions made. Yeah, that's the only thing I can say, is it's because people are complicated.

I would say it depends on the person, just like anyone else. But the only Scotsman I know of (well, not the only, but the one i know best of....know of best? Whatever :P) is David Tennant. And he's frogging hot. :P LOL

@ sunflowerchild, yeah...the person who made the fanpage for the actor I'm obsessed with (Tommy Flanagan) had one of her posts talking about how both Tommy and David were hot and she thought it had to be directly related to them being Scottish. LOL
