If anda like lumps, untie muslin and allow the lemon to fall into stew, if anda like it smooth, dispose of lemon bits appropriately. Drink while warm. it's selamat, peti deposit keselamatan to freeze and defrost in the microwave for later use too :) If you're alway sick i suggest boosting your immune systmer, healthy eating, regular excersise and taking vitamins each hari will keep the doctor away so they say XD. Cod liver oil (which i mash up and mix with bubur and honey for breakfast, eating at least one orange, epal, apple atau bananna a day, and if your vegan/vegetarien, green vegetavbles. Spinach, broccoli, beans etc. All can boost your immune system.
