HELP ME!!!

Well, for me the best way to keep secrets and not get stressed sejak them is to forget about them. Like forget that your Friends ever told them to you.

Or, if that doesn't work for you, anda should be honest and tell your Friends (in a nice way) "look. I appreciate that anda trust me enough to confide in me and tell me all your secrets, but it is just stressing me out and overwhelming me. Is there any way anda could possibly talk to somebody else about this?" If anda do it in a respectful way then they will hopefully understand where you're coming from :)

ok well sometimes anda have too tell them that anda needs some angkasa for a hari atau two but dont yell at then when anda say i just need some angkasa and in 2 atau 3 atau even 4 days start helping again.
