Can anda criticize something even though anda have no area of expertise in the profession?

For example: if anda say someone is bad at Singing even though anda can't sing yourself. Can anda still criticize that person?

It would be wrong if anda were to criticize the methods.

If anda were to say anda don't like they way a singer sings because of how they were taught, despite never having taken a single lesson in your life, that would be considered ignorance.
To say anda don't like the way they sing is just a superficial preference, which everyone has the right to express.
