Are these good body proportions?

Uh... No. Even if on purpose the waist is really off-putting. Too sharp and too thin. Women have softer, less dramatic curves. bahagian, atas half of the torso is also a little long. The boobs are also a bit big although some women are that size.

And I would say no to your bonus q. I feel like it's not the same kind of animasi and breasts like that aren't really in kid's cartoons.

I honestly don't think so. the waistline is too intense. even for a cartoon. and the boobs? they are rather large. Also the bottom half compared to the bahagian, atas half seems rather off, as well as the forehead is too small, lips to large, and the eyes are too close together.

And to answer your saat question, holy fuck i hope not, i honestly don't mean this the be offensive, but i find her to be a little bit to skimpy to be in a kids cartoon.
