Hotmail help?

My mom can log on to her hotmail, but she can't open her mail to actually read it. Any idea why this is happening atau how to fix it?

Mine does that all the time, it's just being slow, anda can wait for a bit then come back atau refresh the page a few times atau keep clicking it. =P
