HELP; i've got a problem...

So, in Fanpop i always hear about rating stuff and i decided i wanted to rate my Kegemaran but.. for some reason i never seem to find the rating button?

Does that mean that the rating system doesn't exist atau doesn't it tunjuk up properly on my mobile since i always log in through my samsung galaxy s3?

Help would be appericated. Sure, if anda are thr type that want pujian as reward i can fix that too. I just need a answer.
