Please help me. Please please please, I need it.

Okay so basically, I can't reply to forum posts, atau komen & post dinding posts. Whenever I try, Fanpop takes me to the bahagian, atas of the page. Also, I tried to make my own forum and it wouldn't let me do that either. What do I do? Please help me.

Though so. The only problem is I don't have WIFI so I have no other option but the computer. ;_; Thanks for the help though, it's good to have found an answer.
