If anda do, make sure whatever anda numbed out, anda find time to properly think through, experience, and feel. Your emotions are important to being happy. Mental Health tips? 1) Make time for yourself when anda need it and don’t feel afraid to say anda need a break. Do what anda need to make sure anda are alright as a poor mental health can lead to a poor social and physical health. 2) If your thoughts are getting out of control, take a deep breath, step back, remember its likely just your mental health issues going crazy, and relax. Make jokes of them if anda have to establish how silly, unnecessary, atau uncalled for they are. 3) Maintain a good physical health. Exercise and sleep regularly and eat properly. Its over berkata but it does wonders. Random? 1) Don’t buy a pet parrot. 2) Always practice your scales for music. I mean I dont practice them enough but they make Muzik playing easier when anda know them 3) Pick Friends who anda can trust and stick close to. In the long run, they will definately be much better of a friend than any cool atau popular person.
