Temporarily? Sure. Usually I end up inviting it back in a short time later, but that's the struggle, I guess.

Maybe don't tell me what feelings I want to break free from. Some amount of negative feeling is good, we worry about problems so we know to face them and shit like that. It's called eustress, negative thinking can be productive

I have. Whether that was a temporary break atau not, it depends. There are certain thoughts that I have managed to get rid off throughout the years. I used to be much lebih Pessimistic in the past. On a dangerous level, I would say. It took a lot of effort to progress to the point I find myself now and I still have a way ahead of me as certain after-effects (?) still haunt me to this day. There are the kind of issues that still need to be worked on. I might be able to drive them off for the time being but it seems that I'm still far from breaking ties with them for good. I'm certainly on a stable level though. I might have some slight outbursts here and there but I am able to contain them for the most part and not let them get the best of me. Meditation for example is an effective way to do that. In the end, I certainly know how to combat Negative thinking !!!!

Often. I've gotten pretty okay at quickly changing my mindset somewhat recently, though. But I'm far from being at a place where I don't struggle with it and I don't think I'll ever really reach that sort of point.
