I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!

I want to create kertas-kertas dinding with different pictures fused atau merged together but i have no idea how! Is there a software that does this atau what please help i have no idea! The pictures I want to create are similar to the Avatar picture shown if anda know how to create these kind of kertas-kertas dinding can anda please help? THANKS!

It doesn't matter but just torrent the newest one because it costs a lot of money. there are other programs that can prob do it but idk what they are called. and anda can Google tutorials on how to do specifially what anda want to do.
