I love modern TV... You know, we got from NCIS to Hoarders... I find old TV so damn boring it's hard to take. Well... Twilight Zone was awesome - the old one. But other things like Leave It to Beaver and I Love Lucy were just bad...

i like Family Matters but probably not really really old shows or at least not as much. i liked the older Disney shows (That's So Raven Lizzie McGuire) but not really the new ones like hannah montana because they always talk back to their parents and stuff :\\\ but they're OK

WAIT. By OLD TV do you mean like 50s and 60s TV or 90s?? Guys, the 90s really shouldn't be considered old. IT WAS ONE GODDAMN DECADE AGO. Just because YOU weren't alive the entire time doesn't mean the 90s are OLD. >.<

No they're not. Monk just ended last summer. I still wouldn't consider it old. It's a crime show, using the same people with the same slang and the same cars and the same ideals and the same places and the same forensics and the same goddamn technology that's around now, one year later.

Nick has tons and tons of shows, yeah? How many of their little game shows that had maybe 3 episodes have now disappeared? If one premiered say... six monthes ago, and is now gone, would you call that old?
There's this show called Past Life. It aired about 4 episodes before the show canceled. All gone, bye bye. Poor little Past Life is never gonna be on TV again, yet it was only September 2009 that it last aired. The main actress is going to star in the upcoming show Covert Affairs. You telling me Past Life was an old TV show? One that's grouped with I Love Lucy and Ren and Stimpy?

That's your opinion but I believe if the show started in the 90's or before and is not airing today then it is old.

I could see why someone would say the 90s are considered old, but when you just said "They are old if they are not aired anymore" that was plain stupid. So yes, I launched into an argument because my mind has been very deprived lately. All pie no exercise. *sigh* 'Kay.

I don't watch nick anymore because the show's suck. The only show worth watching is Spongebob. <3 hahah. But yes, if they stop airing a show and never plan to air it again. That's what I call an old show. My opinion. :3

I guess both. The Three Stooges is pretty old, but it still airs (reruns; R.I.P. for those who died). Guess it depends when the show ended? I actually have a few cartoon episodes of The New Three Stooges, and the DVD only cost $5. I'm not a huge fan, but still, its an awesome show. There's South Park, Futurama (just stick anything Comedy Central -here-), Total Drama series, etc.

in every generation there is goning to be really good tv shows and really bad
